What PUNCH IT is. A tool that helps you create a memecoin on Solana. Coins trade on pump.fun. You launch and trade from your own wallet; PUNCH IT never holds your money or keys.
Who creates coins. The person who launches a coin creates it. PUNCH IT isn't the issuer, doesn't endorse any coin, and doesn't control its price or trading.
No expectations. Memecoins are for fun. They have no promised value, no returns and no ownership in anything, and they can go to zero. Don't put in more than you can afford to lose. Nothing here is financial advice.
Launch fee. The first launches in each hour are free (currently 3). After that a launch fee in SOL, shown before you sign, is paid to PUNCH IT; it rises with the number of completed launches in the past hour, up to a cap. You also need to hold PUNCH (it isn't taken). Network and pump.fun costs are separate. Fees aren't refunded.
Limits. To launch, a wallet must hold the required PUNCH. Each wallet can launch once every 24 hours, and there is a daily limit on launches across the site. PUNCH IT may limit launches to invited wallets.
Payments before launch. A busy-hour launch fee, and any part of the first buy above the launch bag, are paid as a separate payment before the launch. PUNCH IT holds it briefly: once the launch lands, the fee goes to PUNCH IT and the rest buys and burns the coin. If the launch doesn't land (cancelled, expired or failed), the payment is refunded automatically, normally within about 10 minutes.
Fair-launch rules. The launcher keeps at most 2% of the supply from their first buy; the rest is burned in the launch. Tickers and names must be original. Real brands and real people can't be used.
Creator fees. For a coin's first 7 days its creator fees build up. Then one permanent split is set: if, when the split is set, the wallet that launched the coin holds at least the whole launch bag (tokens moved to any other wallet, pool or exchange don't count) and no creator link was found, 75% to the launcher, 15% to buying back and burning the coin, 10% to PUNCH IT; otherwise 90% to buying back and burning the coin, 10% to PUNCH IT. Fees depend entirely on trading and may be zero. Buybacks and burns are how the coin's share is used, not a promise about its price.
Payouts and buybacks. An automated PUNCH IT job, run about every 10 minutes, sends each coin's creator share to the launcher's wallet and uses the coin's buyback share to buy that coin and burn it. Small amounts wait until enough has built up. Nobody needs to do anything to receive them. If PUNCH IT pauses or stops, payouts and buybacks may be delayed or stop, while a coin's split stays as set on pump.fun.
Creator-link check. PUNCH IT's code reads every buy of a coin in its launch block and the next 19 blocks, using the buyer and amount recorded by pump.fun. A buy is "creator-linked" only if the launcher's own wallet signed or paid for it, or sent the buying wallet SOL before that buy (all transfers from 7 days before launch up to the buy, added together) covering at least half of what the wallet spent. Only actions that need the launcher's signature count. Other patterns (a shared funder, early buyers sending SOL or the coin to the launcher, the launcher paying a buyer after its buy, buys of the same size) are published as signals and never change the split. The check runs after launch and again just before the split is set; the second result decides the split. Each coin is judged under the rule version recorded at its launch, and later rule changes never apply to it. "No creator link found" means none was found, not that every buyer is independent. Results and the transactions used as evidence are published on the coin's page. There are no manual reviews or appeals.
Changes. PUNCH IT may change, pause or stop the service. A coin's split, once set, can't be changed by anyone.
